4.What should I do if I never received the shipment?
After we provided the Tracking Number, the customer should track the items online frequently to avoid the troubles unaware in the delivery process. You can email our sales team directly on the lost shipment and we will investigate the case. Once we are convinced that the item was lost, we will replace a new shipment to you. However, we will not be responsible for the lost if the you have furnish incorrect information in the order form.
